Surprised I haven’t posted on this: Vino Volo.
Located in over 30 airports around the US and Canada, they are a great option for a a glass of wine or a quick bite. This one is located in the same terminal as Alaska Airlines so it was very convenient for my flight back to Seattle.
The food is always solid and focused on pairing with the wines offered. You can purchase a glass, a flight or a whole bottle. Their focus is on wine but a limited beer selection is available. Wifi is also offered.
Unfortunately, you will not find one in Houston, Atlanta or Chicago but the Vino Volo app is friendly and helpful in finding their locations at other airports.
