Neapolitan style pizza: Veraci.
One of several locations in Seattle…..including a mobile unit usually seen at the Ballard Market….with branches in Spokane and Bend OR. Their claim to fame is that they hand make the pizza ovens they use which take 8 weeks to make. The temperature in the ovens can reach 850 to 1000 degrees which cooks the pizza in about 90 seconds.
Expect a thin crust that is crisp with a smoky flavor. The lineup is extensive or you can have them make one to your specifications…with a myriad of toppings to choose from……if you can’t find an offered one that meets your requirements. Salads and pasta are also available.
Of course beer is available with limited offerings on tap. A limited number of red and white wines are also offered by the glass or bottle.
