Thai: Thai Thai Kitchen.
I’m told there are more than 100 Thai restaurants in Seattle and this was a new choice for us. That said, I think it has the best example of Tom Kai Gai that I’ve had in Seattle.
Our other choices included pad thai, larb, tofu pad see ew, panang beef curry and yellow chicken curry (my usual go to). Required 2 plates to pull it all off and it was all very good.
Washed it down with an orange wine from Nine Oaks. More on orange wines here.
