Nice little cafe serving coffee and bakery items on the way to Whistler or, for the more adventurous, you can see The Chief from here so after your climb, check it out.
When I heard pecan (you say “peecan” I say “peacon”) nut bar I had to give it a try. Very similar to pecan pie with a few added sliced almonds.
Service was friendly and the place is popular which is always a good sign.
