It’s not ice cream: Salt Spring Soft Serve.
Cute little spot for a break from the hot weather and….it’s in a mini airstream trailer!
The choices are vegan soft serve….made of oat and coconut milk. Hate to say it but it taste just like a rich ice cream. They have vanilla, chocolate and, as seems popular in BC, a swirl of both. You can get your choice in a cone or cup or go all the way with a sundae. I went with the weekly featured sundae: Black Forest Cake. Quite a taste explosion of amarena cherries, black cherry syrup and chocolate cookie crumble.
Very friendly service….the guy behind the counter seems to work all day and late into the night.
