After skiing late lunch: Roslyn Cafe.
This is the cafe of Northern Exposure fame….as is almost everything in the town of Roslyn!
Very busy place on weekends so expect a bit of a wait. Typical bar type food with gigantic burgers! Try the Banh Mi burger….a bit on the spicy side but the combination of that with the pickled veggies was excellent. I think the parmesan fries are some of the best fries I have ever had.
Service was pleasant but a bit slow the day we visited.
