Quarantine: Egg Roll in a Bowl.

Another one to try. It’s Whole 30, Low Card, Keto and Paleo…all in the same bowl! What makes this dish is the creamy chili sauce…basically mayo with sriracha…simple and quite delicious.

Our wine…Asian dish so it must be a crisp white or rosé…..right? A bit boring but the choice was another glass of the 2018 Mount Teneriffe Rosé from Dean wines. Good thing I have all this rosé during a pandemic!
