Quarantine: Crispy Rice and Egg Bowl.
Still basically on stay at home orders so we continue to try different food options to make daily life a bit more interesting.
One of our go to sources for recipes is Smitten Kitchen and this is another great one….if you like the ingredients….basically rice and egg. Hard to go wrong with that combo and the crispy rice adds a nice crunchy mouthfeel to the dish. A required condiment, in my mind, is the pictured Gochujang chili paste. Recipe is here.
