Quarantine: Chicken on the wire.

Just shows I also like something besides pork for BBQ. Chicken is second on the list with beef a distant 3rd….brisket only…no ribs!

This sauce is a mixture of Dreamland…spicy and more vinegar based and Full Moon…sweeter and tomato based. Makes a perfect union according to my taste buds.

The pictured cabbage slaw is sliced very thin…the thickness of paper using a mandoline. Topped with John’s Famous dressing from Birmingham. A must try if you like cabbage slaw and a dressing on the sweet side. Sides include grilled corn on the cob and boiled then baked potatoes (smashed potatoes). Email me for the recipe.
