Quarantine: Anelli with Roasted Cauliflower.
Always surprised how good gluten free pasta can taste and this one was no exception. The highlight of the dish, however, was the roasted garlic and cauliflower with walnuts. Hard to beat that combo!
Once again, the wine was the 2011 Black Peak Mourvèdre from Dean Wines.
