Quick stop for lunch on our way north to Bellingham for a family event: Pho Mai.
In a strip mall and a classic Vietnamese restaurant……all about the food and not the space.
Extensive menu which includes the usual choices…banh mi, bun and of course, pho…..of infinite options including some not typically common….think tripe and tendons. Ordered a takeaway banh mi heo. The pork was fabulously flavorful.
Worth a stop if you are in the area….a bit off I5 but not too far.
