Pho anyone? Pho 175.
Once again found ourselves in Woodinville and decided to give this place a try. It did not disappoint.
Expect typical Vietnamese cuisine with an extensive Pho selection from tripe to chicken to shrimp to vegan with 13 more to choose from! Want a vermicelli bowl…my usual choice…they have that covered as well. Throw in a few Chinese dishes and you have selections that should satisfy any palate and, of course they have banh mi. Based on the description it sounds authentic including the pate. Will need to give it a try next visit since I am still looking for the perfect banh mi in the Seattle metro.
I went with my usual choice, a vermicelli bowl with pork (things go better with pork), shrimp and egg roll. A single word describes the dish…excellent! I’ve gotten hooked on bubble tea and the offered watermelon with tapioca was also outstanding.
Service was pleasant and attentive.
