At Hotel Griffon: Perry’s.
One of 2 locations in the city, this one fronts the Embarcadero. The alfresco area on a nice day would be a show stopper.
Just had drinks but they have a menu that covers basic bar food and burgers to filet mignon so you should be able to fine something here although I can’t attest to the food.
Service was good.
