Finally: Taylor Farms Samish Oyster Bar. It's the holy grail of shellfish farms in Western Washington and because it's so popular...it requires perseverance to get a seat at the table. Got there about an hour before they opened which made scoring East Coast, Must Visit, Philadelphia, United States
