Vietnamese: The Monkey Bridge.
I’ve driven by this place many times but never thought to give it a try. Our son and daughter in law gave it great marks so, why not.
It didn’t disappoint. The vermicelli bowl (bun) was spot on and my taste of the tofu banh mi was equally tasty. The small cup of vegetable soup, while small and contained minimal ingredients, was excellent…could have had a larger bowl of this stuff.
Washed it all down with a light, citrusy orange chardonnay from Christina, If you don’t know orange wines, you should. Pick up a bottle at Ebb & Co.
