Raw fish: Japengo.
Another restaurant in the Hyatt Regency; this one is focused on seafood.
The sushi is surprisingly good…..even for raw fish served up in a hotel restaurant.
It’s a modern space that is beautifully done and the views from the patio tables are hard to beat.Â
Started with the pork ribs…good, followed by seaweed salad…..classic and ended with a platter of sushi….as expected: sashimi maguro, unagi, tobiko, saba, hamachi, and spicy tuna roll.
Service was very good.
At some point you must stop by the sushi bar….the chefs are real hams in front of a camera.
