One of about a dozen outlets in the metro area this visit was to the University Village location.
They are all about sustainable local food sources and they also have their own farm just north of Seattle. The company is quite focused on sustainable agriculture and gives 1% of seasonal sales to organizations that support that mission.
The menu includes sandwiches and bowls as well as breakfast items. I had the matcha chicken avocado bowl which was slightly warm with grains, chicken and greens with a wonderfully flavorful dressing. It was quite delicious.
