On the way home: Grille District.
Needed a quick bite to eat before the long flight back to Seattle. I wouldn’t call Reagan National a food lovers paradise but this was a convenient sit down….I hate to stand and eat…location near my gate.
I was pleasantly surprised by the crab cake BLT….once again things go better with pork and crab is generally good in this area of the East Coast. It was very good and the spicy mustard made the sandwich…as did the brioche bun.
Basically it’s a bar, so expect bar food….soups, salads, burgers and sandwiches….an of course beer.
