The Santa Barbara Local omelet came stuffed with a house made salsa…..tomatillo based which made the dish and it was made all the better with small pieces of crispy bacon. As I’ve said many times, things do go better with pork and in this case, nicely done tomatoes and onions. One of the best omelets I’ve had recently.
Service was good and as expected for breakfast, efficient.
