Takeaway: Lobster Roll.
Part of Ethan Stowell Restaurants this popup was all about lobster…whole or on a roll. You order online for a specific pickup time then show up just before. They send you a text when your order is ready…..very efficient. Description here.
The lobster rolls were very good and the first weekend they were offered, sold out within 24 hours. But the Old Bay fries were a definite must have.
The other must have…..the frozen watermelon margaritas. They are served fresh out of what looked like a slushy machine into a tall mason jar. Limit yourself but don’t pick the option for 2, go with one for each person. You won’t be disappointed.
