Upscale ramen restaurant in Chinatown: Daikaya.
Got here soon after it opened at 11 am and no problem getting a seat. When I left 45 minutes later it was packed with people waiting for a place.
Had the spicy miso ramen which included pork. Very good and only moderately spicy.
Very near the Gallery Place Metro Station which makes it an easy stop.
