Another Main Street eatery: Copper Whiskey Bar and Grill.
Descend to the basement below street level and before you is one of the better places in Bozeman to grab a bite. The space completes the theme: a bar and grill.
Expect the menu to live up to its theme with numerous examples of consumable alcohol…from wine, to beer, to whiskey (large selection) with most of it locally produced, except for the wines. Food runs the gamut: soups, salads, burgers and steaks are highlights.
Started with the beet and citrus salad…very fresh and tasty but, I had to try the bison meatloaf…outstanding flavors…loved it. Washed it down with a nice glass of Argentinian Malbec. We also tried the Copper burger and the roast chicken. Both looked delicious.
No room for dessert.
Service was very good.
