Not in a city and not a restaurant: Korean Air
As mentioned in the post on Asiana, my intent was to compare bibimbap from both Korean carriers.
This version was served on my flight from Changsha to Seoul…..27,000 feet and 540 mph near Nanjing.
The main difference and what sold me on this version was the side of pickled cucumbers (Oijangajji) rather than kimchi….a much better choice with the dish. The soup was also a bit better with dried seaweed as a nice add. The paired wine was a nice dry provencal rosé.
Similar excellent service.
