University Village Sushi: Bamboo Sushi.
Located in the space formerly occupied by Blue C Sushi, they are a Portland chain that promotes sustainable seafood/sushi. The space is much nicer than previous and there is no conveyor belt of parading sushi. Never understood what that added anyway.
The sushi is good, although not the best I have had in the city….Wataru and Kisaku come to mind.
Service was attentive.
Represents another option for food at U Village so if you are looking for sushi while shopping, give them a try.
