Not a restaurant but a Santiago gem: Aubrey Hotel.
With only 15 rooms you feel like you are staying in your own home. The “public” spaces are plentiful….more than any hotel this size that I’ve experienced and are welcoming on a hot summer day.
The daily breakfast buffet makes a perfect start to your day and the bartender is very agreeable on your return.
Service was exceptional.
So, if you ever have the opportunity….you must stay here.
