Wine, food and art gallery: Amelia Wynn tasting room

This is a nice go to place when you have a bit of time waiting to take the next ferry back to Seattle. The space is small and can be crowded on weekends. That said, the lady who runs the tasting room is very friendly and efficient so things move fast.

The fruit for the wines are sourced from Eastern Washington so expect the typical choices with a few interesting single varietals such as tempranillo. The wines are solid and go well with the food choices offered.

I did take home a bottle of the brandy fortified Orange Muscat dessert wine (17% abv with 14% residual sugar) which paired nicely with dark chocolate.
