Who knew: Boxx Berry Farm Market.
Happened upon this place driving the backroads of northwestern Washington and stopped in just to see what they had to offer.
This is a fresh produce…not much of that when we visited in late August and U Pick blueberries, strawberries and raspberries….end of season and, flowers. Their web site has helpful links to harvest times so you can show up and take advantage of fresh offerings. We did take home some local corn which was delicious boiled on the cobb. However, the U pick flowers were the hit of this visit and if you aren’t careful, you’ll pick more than you can use. There are beautiful examples in wide abundance. They also offer flowers for weddings, if that’s on anyone’s horizon.
Very friendly staff and it’s always great to support local farmers.
