Looking for a great Bánh Mi and this place came highly recommended so I had to give it a try for lunch. It did not disappoint.
It’s a bakery as well so one would expect a great baguette…spot on. I had the grilled pork variety….I’m sure no one is surprised by my choice….which was delicious and perhaps one of the best I’ve had outside of Vietnam. The pork was lean and the flavor slightly sweet from the marinade. The pickled veggies were perfect as well. Check out the price on the menu picture….hard to find that value in Seattle!
Service was very good….walk up to order.
It’s on the bottom floor of an apartment complex in the Othello area of town…right across from the light rail station.
