Best bakery in Seattle: Bakery Nouveau.
Twice baked almond croissants are to die for! Too bad you can’t just try everything all at once.
The original location in West Seattle is a bit of a hike if you live in the core of Seattle but I believe it is a tad better than the Capitol Hill location.
Space is fairly small….especially considering the crowds that show up…standing in line before they open…but it is more than worth whatever the wait might be!
If you have never tried or heard of Kouign Amann, you gotta try one…believe me you gotta have one of these delights.
