BBQ in Oregon? Apple Valley BBQ.
Unexpected but solid BBQ so, if you are doing the Fruit Loop, keep it in mind.
They advertise themselves as NW style BBQ but this is Southern style…..sweet, tomato based sauce and excellent pulled pork. They do stray a bit offering chicken and smoked meats if you lean more toward variations in classics. Cornbread is offered….the sweet variety….but still quite good as were the baked beans. If you don’t like BBQ…..hard to believe someone doesn’t…..they also have burgers, meatloaf and salads.
Portions are very generous so come prepared to eat some pork.
Service was very good.
