Street party: Off the Rez.
Invited by friends to a Saturday night block party……with a food truck. Their claim to fame is that it’s the only Native American food truck in Seattle. They offer Indian tocos and burgers which are made with Blackfeet frybread.
I had the regular Rez Burger so, sadly, I didn’t get to experience the frybread…..a must next time. The fries were….fried….hardy but expect an old fashioned French fries experience.
