While not a restaurant this is an event to consider: Vine Arts.
Held in the Chihuly Garden & Glass space this is a PNW wine tasting with a blind tasting of  5 wines. It’s all accompanied by food pairings for the 8 plus featured wineries from Washington State.
The space is simply said, spectacular.
