Vietnamese fast food: Sizzle & Crunch.
Right off the Ave in the UW District this recently opened restaurant serves Vietnamese food much like Chipotle serves Mexican food……order the dish then add the meat, vegetables and other condiments.
Service is fast…almost too fast if it’s your first experience and you’re trying to figure it all out. In addition to rice bowls they also serve Banh Mi as well. The food is good and large in portion size.
It can be busy for lunch…..all those UW students…..and the space is quite small. So if it’s really busy…..order it takeaway.
