Quick lunch: Bistro Verde.
In the Pacific Center Nordstrom and close to my daughter’s office so we decided to give it a try. Nice space with a separate street entrance with a short elevator ride to the 3rd floor.
We had several choices for lunch and while they were all good, none were particularly memorable. However, if you happen to be shopping at Nordstrom in Vancouver it’s good for a quick bite for lunch.
Service was very good.
