It’s all about the view: Aqua.
Entertaining a visiting faculty member at this waterside spot on Puget Sound. There are a couple of places like this in Seattle but this is perhaps the latest edition although it has been here for several years. In addition to the views, which are gorgeous, this place is all about seafood.
Fixed menu this night and I went with the salad….very good and the salmon…also good but the highlight, once again, was dessert: Dark Chocolate Ganache with raspberries and créme anglaise…wonderful but as you should know by now I have a sweet tooth and a palate for chocolate…of any description!
This is a place to take visitors from out of town…the views are astounding.
