Darrington outpost: Moe’s Coffee Shop.
Stopped by on the way back from hiking in the North Cascades National Park for a quick bite of lunch. One of several branches.
The space is open, modern and staff were very nice. They were having fall drink specials and the caramel apple lotus sounded interesting so why not. While the drink was a blend of interesting flavors. Not knowing anything about white lotus it was a pleasant introduction.
The food was good but not that memorable. While we didn’t give it a try, they do have ice cream in about a dozen flavors which might be something to give a go.
Also have outdoor seating as well.
