Relaxed fine dining downtown: Revelry.
A bit of a hidden jem just off Main Street they have a small indoor dining area and a large outdoor space which makes it a perfect place for a visit in summer. Cuisine is best described as New American with a Montana twist.
This is one of those places where everything on the menu you try is very good but our favorite was the Montana Lake (Flathead) trout. The dish was made by the pickled green tomato crème fraîche. Excellent!
Dessert was interesting with the honey pavola arriving deconstructed. Beautiful presentation. The peach cobbler was good but not quite up to Southern standards which is difficult to pull off without southern peaches.
Good wine list with old and new world examples including a Sauternes for after dinner. As expected, the beer and cider list was extensive.
Very good service
