A cold night so not very adventurous: Red Owl Tavern.
It’s the restaurant for the Hotel Monaco so it was easy to pop in for a quick dinner. I’ve stayed at the hotel before and noticed the Tavern has a very popular bar scene.
Typical bar type food but a broad selection ranging from mussels to burgers to salmon to pasta with a vegetarian selection as well. Large selection of beers with a decent wine and cocktail menu. The pasta of chingale and beef bolognese was a good selection on such a cold night with a medium weight tempranillo which stood up well.
