You may know Hawaiian shaved ice but have you had this? If you haven’t…you must!
This takes shaved ice to another level…creamy, sweet and light all at the same time. How’s it done? Well, to start, the “ice” is made from milk and not water, the topping isn’t a fruit syrup…it’s real fruit and it’s all made that much better if you add some condensed milk. The pinnacle…whipped cream.
All the ingredients are fresh and each one is made by hand to order. Each order comes out one at a time so don’t expect it to be mass produced and served that way.
They also have taiyaki, the Japanese fish shaped cake, which is also a must have.
