First time with this recipe for tacos al pastor and the tortilla were homemade by my oldest daughter! I’m not biased but the tortilla made the dish…no need to buy them if you can make them from scratch that taste like this. Send me an email for that recipe.

Of course, the alcohol of choice would be cerveza, but we started with a Blackberry Winter. It’s a keeper if you like bourbon.
