Needed a change so why not back to the future? A Seattle original with locations all around but it’s been a few years since we’ve experienced this maker of pies.
This time of year our favorite pie is the Chanterelle Prosciutto Primo….locally foraged chanterelles can’t be beat. Top it off with a salad and you’re ready to go.
Delivery, via their website was a breeze.
The wine…a Syrah from….Oregon! Not sure about this one. High acidity with low tannins. Looks and taste like a Pinot Noir.
