More pasta….it’s become a mainstay and go to during our time at home. Good thing there are dozens of different pastas and dozens, if not more ways to prepare them. Our source for the sausage….with sun dried tomatoes and basil….Met Market.
The wine was a 2011 Black Peak Mourvèdre from Dean Wines. Unoaked but still drinking quite well; with a bronze medal to boot!
