At the Four Seasons: Goldfinch Tavern.
Even though it’s a hotel restaurant it’s quite good and the service is excellent. Very nice, modern but cozy space…a great one when it’s cold and rainy outside. Fireplaces scattered throughout and it looks out to the waterfront, the Big Wheel and the Olympics in the distance.
Had the blue cheese gem lettuce salad then mussels…done in the French tradition with wine wine and pommes frites. It was a cold day outside so the hot buttered rum was a nice add.
